How to fix error of communicating with Kernel in ESET Smart Security?

This error is caused by the ESET Service. You need to start it, and luckily, it takes a few clicks. Go to Start > Run > Services.msc. Locate the ESET Service in the list, then right click it. Change its working mode to Automatic if it's Disabled/Manual, then manually Start the service. Apply all the changes, and the ESET application will work normally again. If you wish, a restart is also recommended.
I have installed Eset Smart Security 6 from your copy CD. Web access protection in non-functional. How can I resolve the issue?

If the Web Access Protection is non functional, then I recommend you manually start it. You can do this by launching the executable file of the Antivirus. Go to Start > All Programs > Eset Antivirus. Once it's opened, press F5 to open the Setup windows. Under the Antivirus and antispyware, there should be Web Access Protection. Tick the box to enable the option and it should be activated. Additionally, restart the computer to apply the changes. If it depends on a service, restarting the computer should apply the already made changes.
When you purchased the product, you received an email containing your Username and Password. Check your Spam and Inbox folders and if you can't find it, go to the Lost License page and complete the form to have your username and password resent. If you still need assistance complete a Customer Care support request.
I recently installed Eset Smart Security but that software does not appear in my Software Informer after I have performed Refresh and also on my webpage. Why? There are also other applications that do not appear on the respective list, neither their updates.

There are 2 reasons why this happen:
If the product you have installed is either not original, or has not been installed properly and the version is a cracked one, which at times causes problem.
The other reason is that the perma link for this kind of program is either under some upgradation, or there is a server error.
However, I would agree with you that there are times, when the program does not reflect on SI, since no one has as of yet either categorised, listed or even checked the program.

To prevent the application from expiring, an activation code is required. You can buy one from the official website, or you could test the application for free for 30 days. Access the page, then click on the Free 30-day trial link found under the price list. Choose the way you want to install the application (live installer or offline package) and that's it.

It isn't freeware. You must buy it. And This isn't warez page
